- Standardising SEN processes and procedures within the federation
Curriculum
- Implementing an Oracy framework to develop speaking, listening and higher-level vocabulary
- Refining the teaching of phonics
- Standardising our approach to teaching and learning in Maths across the federation
- Review the curriculum across the federation to ensure consistency, progress and high attainment.
Foundations for the Future
- Developing provision in light of national best practice
- Embedding links with pre-schools, nurseries and child minders to promote a successful transition
